 Empowering women through the spirit and strength of tackle football, our nonprofit provides opportunities for athletes to develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. We strive to create an environment where every woman can pursue her passion for the sport, while fostering a supportive community and raising essential funds to ensure accessibility and growth in youth sports programs.

We play Full contact Flag football...aka "Frackle"! What's that?  We wear full football gear and play youth tackle rules except that we wear flags. You can be tackled or have two out of three flags pulled to be considered down.   We play three other local Women's football teams (Stanwood, Skagit Valley & Lake Stevens) Most of the ladies on our team had never played football before but now they absolutely are loving it. We have a great coaching staff that teach you the football skills and we have practice 2 nights a week*. Tryouts beginning of 2026 followed by conditioning and practices in March with games in May/June.
